Q: I hear we provide services to other organizations such as laundry and meals. Will you tell us more about this? We do provide several services and maintain contracts with other organizations within the community. The primary services we provide are our food and beverage services and our laundry services. These services are important to the organization as they not only bring in extra resources but they also expose the community to our organization and the many wonderful things that we do.

Q: Can you tell us about the ice sculptures we have been seeing more and more of at events? The ice sculptures at our events are actually done here, in house by Chef John Gasser. John came to Meadowlark Hills a couple years ago and has truly made a huge impact on our Food and Beverage team with his amazing abilities to organize events, teach and mentor staff, prepare delicious food, and most recently, sculpt some pretty incredible things out of ice.
