You don't have to be a resident of Meadowlark Hills to be part of the Meadowlark community! We offer a variety of wellness programs, support services, and respite care for seniors living anywhere in the Flint Hills.
Our community services are designed to promote healthy aging, stabilize chronic diseases, and allow you the opportunity to have the best quality of life. Whether you need help with occupational therapy, organizing medications, or doing minor household chores, we are committed to assisting you in the aging process by providing a person-directed, proactive, holistic vision of health and wellness.
Our Rehabilitation Care services provide short-term nursing care and recovery support in a setting with the warmth of home.
For seniors who wish to stay in their current homes, but find they could use some extra help to maintain their independence, we offer home health care and companion services in the Manhattan community.

Meadowlark offers speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and low vision services to seniors in the Manhattan community, as well as residents of Meadowlark Hills.
If you wish to stay in your residence, but find you could use some extra help to maintain your independence, we offer home health care and companion services in the Manhattan community.
