Meadowlark Village Apartments

Choose from a studio, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom apartment. These units are located in the main building on the Meadowlark Hills campus. You don’t even have to leave the building to access the Community Center!

Monarch Apartments

The Monarch is a 24-unit independent living apartment located on the southeast corner of Meadowlark Road and Meadowlark Circle. The building was completed in August 2023.

The Monarch apartments feature modern living features, including high ceilings, lots of natural light, underbuilding parking, and it is pet friendly. The building is organized into two towers connected by a common space at the main level.

Garden Apartments

Located near the Kimball Avenue entrance, these apartments feature patios off of the living room, allowing easy access to the outdoors. Choose from a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment, or a larger three-bedroom, two-bath home. In the Garden Apartments, you are just steps away from the Community Center.
