Spiritual Life at Meadowlark

Meadowlark offers a variety of spiritual offerings for residents and Passport members.  Offering are geared toward enriching the spiritual life of a wide range of individuals. It is our goal to help with transportation and connection to your home church if you so desire. Our Spiritual Life Leader can help your faith leader stay connected you after your move to our community.

Sunday Ecumenical Worship Services

10 a.m. & 11 a.m. in the Community Room/Chapel
This simple, 30-minute worship includes prayer, classic hymns and a brief message providing Christian fellowship and weekly spiritual inspiration. This is not a church service, so no membership or giving is attached to this amenity.  

Household Spiritual Life Groups

Discussion, community and learning is essential to spiritual wellness. We offer groups open to all in each Household.

  • Collins: Mondays at 2:30 p.m.
  • Honstead House: Tuesdays at 4 p.m.
  • Lyle House: Tuesdays at 3 p.m.
  • Sloan House: Wednesdays at 10 a.m.
  • Stolzer House: Mondays at 1:30 p.m.
  • Tinklin Pointe: Tuesdays at 1 p.m.
  • Wroten: Tuesdays at 10 a.m.
  • Bramlage House: Individual spiritual support provided by request

Spiritual Enrichment Opportunities and Special Services

By reading the weekly Meadowlark Messenger, you can stay up-to-date with special services and enrichment opportunities. From lectures series to special observances, there are opportunities to enhance your faith and explore your spirituality. 

End-of-Life & After-Death Spiritual Support

Reach out to our Spiritual Life Leader to learn more about the end-of-life spiritual support offered on campus to residents and families. "Final Gifts" booklets are available to walk you through the process of honoring your love one in their passing and through services after their death.
