How It Works

In addition to having access to the Meadowlark Hills Community Center, guest suites, fitness center and invitations to all upcoming Meadowlark Hills-sponsored events, Passport Members are added to the waiting list in the order their applications are received.  Application dates establish priority for  vacancies, so the longer you're a Passport Member, the better chance you'll have for first right of refusal for your preferred living option.

If you're contacted regarding a vacancy and the timing isn’t right, simply decline the opening; your standing as a Passport Member will not change.

One-time Membership Fee:  $1,000
