Q: Some of us were recalling that a few months back, we had a food survey. What happened with that and if that information was to be used, then we are wondering how?

Great question! The food survey that several people completed over the summer is being used to develop a new menu for Prairie Star Restaurant. This menu will replace the current menu of “always available” items. The kitchen staff has been busy trying new recipes and standardizing new menu items to ensure consistency amongst these new items. This process will be complete by the end of the year and the new restaurant menu will roll out shortly after.
