Q: Annie you mentioned there will be an additional menu, will you explain that further?

Thank you for asking. I was not certain I was clear in my explanation at Town Meeting. I hope you are enjoying the newly printed menu for Prairie Star. The menu items have not changed, but we have improved the appearance and made it easier to read. Previously, the creation of our menu had been outsourced. We found that outsourcing this was not effective for us to make changes and improvements in a timely manner. Thanks to Sarah Duggan’s hard work, the menus are now produced here.

With this improvement we are planning to make an additional menu that will be available in a separate smaller book. The additional menu will have the following items included:  the specials for each meal; the salad and dessert choices for each day; the drinks and bar menu will be in the back of the menu. Our plan for the new menu will not only make the special of the day available and clear, it will allow for time to consider salad and dessert options as well. The new menus will be smaller in size and Thank you for another great question and please keep them coming.
