Howdy, Meadowlark Hills! Ron Wilson, a Poet Lariat, will be showcasing his unique cowboy poetry and humor appropriate for all ages, at 7 p.m. Friday, July 17, in the Community Room.
Ron Wilson, first place winner in the Kansas Cowboy Symposium in Dodge City, winner of the Horizon Award from Academy of Western Artists, and publisher of two books for his cowboy poetry, will entertain folks with a down-home sense of humor!
All of his poetry is family orientated, patriotic and has a particular appeal to folks who live in the country and appreciate the American West.
It only gets better—Ron performs his original poetry in full costume and always gets the audience involved! He's got a lot to say and you’ll enjoy listening. Don’t miss out on a spectacular summer event with lots of laughter, poetry, and entertainment
