Location: KSU Classroom
Learn about Bayer Pond, regulations regarding its use and tips to improve your fishing chances. Rise to the challenge of catching Big Carl, the 31-plus-inch long catfish and seeing your name on the traveling trophy.
No equipment required. Three loaner fishing poles, tackle boxes, baits and lures, dip net and caddies await you in the cabinet of the new shelter. Four hundred fish also beckon.
Gather with Annie Peace, Nathan Bolls and me at 3:15 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 20, in the KSU Classroom. Following a discussion including the above topics, we will walk to the pond for an orientation and conclude with those available trying their luck.
