Steve Shields, CEO of Action Pact Development, will perform a piano recital at 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 31, in the Community Room. During Steve’s time as CEO of Meadowlark Hills, from 1994 to January 2011, he enjoyed sharing his musical talent with the residents of Meadowlark Hills.
