Beginner Tai Chi

A beginner session of Tai Chi will start at 12 p.m. Monday, Oct. 21, in the Community Room. Classes will be every Monday and Wednesday at noon. Tai Chi instructor, Laurie Piper, would like to keep class sizes to 12 participants to ensure ample space and safety. The class is currently full, so please contact Fitness Leader, Jeff Heidbreder, at (785) 341-2995 to add your name to the standby list, in case spots should open. Participants are encouraged to attend on a regular basis, as the class will gradually progress to more advanced movements. Tai Chi can help improve muscular strength, flexibility, balance and more! There will be no additional fee for residents and Passport members to attend. Any outside participants will need to sign up for a general fitness membership.
