Join certified yoga instructor, Kerry Regan, for traditional yoga classes starting Monday, Oct. 5,  in the KSU Classroom. The classes will be held each Monday and Wednesday from 12 to 1 p.m. Each class will include working on the ground, seated and standing poses, with the purpose of improving flexibility, balance and muscle strength. All residents, staff members and Passport members are welcome to attend classes. Yoga mats will be available for use, but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer.
