Doug Fiser, Community Sales Leader

Doug Fiser stands as a dedicated professional in the role of Community Sales Leader at Meadowlark, where he serves as a key figure in assisted living sales. In this pivotal role, Doug's responsibilities span coordinating campus tours, facilitating seamless moves, and acting as a reliable point of contact for residents and their families throughout the transition process. Beyond his focus on assisted living, Doug provides valuable sales and services support to both independent living and healthcare areas.

Doug's journey with Meadowlark began in August 2014 when he joined as the Household Coordinator for Sloan House. Demonstrating his versatility and leadership capabilities, Doug later took on the role of leading the Miller House team before transitioning into the dynamic realm of sales.

A Manhattan native, Doug graduated from Manhattan High School in 1982 and went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in recreation administration from Kansas State University in 1987. His post-graduate career initially led him to the field of Real Estate Home Appraisal, followed by several years in the construction industry as a regional millwork representative covering northeast Kansas.

Family holds a special place in Doug's life, as he and his wife, Kim, have celebrated more than 30 years of marriage. Together, they proudly share the achievements of their two grown children, Chad and Molly, all of whom are distinguished graduates of Manhattan High School and Kansas State University. 

Doug's extensive experience, coupled with his genuine dedication to assisting individuals and families in their transition to assisted living, makes him an invaluable asset to the Meadowlark team. His comprehensive support across various areas of the community reflects his commitment to providing exceptional service and fostering a positive environment for residents and their loved ones.
