Q: What is the age break down for Independent Living residents? How many are in their 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and 100’s? What is the average age of new residents in the last one or two years?

Thanks for the question. Here is the breakdown you asked about Independent Living ages. There are four residents in their sixties, sixty-nine residents in their seventies, one hundred and five residents in their eighties, fifty residents in their nineties, and two residents in their hundreds, in Independent Living.

The average age since move in January 1, 2012 for Independent Living is 80.9 years.

I explored this a bit further and found out the average age of all residents is 80.6. The oldest resident turned 103 this summer. The average employee age is 31. Thank you for the question and please keep them coming.
