Anahi Sosa is in her senior year at Kansas State University. She is majoring in Art with an emphasis in Photography. Anahi is currently working on a Bachelor of Fine Arts Show, for partial fulfillment of her degree, to be displayed at the end of the spring semester. For this project she would like to use photography as a form of expressing the world and a clearer expression of what she sees in other people.
This is where she needs our help! She is looking for interested persons that would be willing to be photographed and have their photos displayed in her art show.
Anahi is specifically looking for older generation subjects because she believes that portraits of someone older capture the wisdom, intelligence and experience the individual has gained over the years. Through her photography she intends to create images that share in her respect to the character of these people.
If you are interested in this unique opportunity, see Amanda Rall in the Resident Services Office or call 323-3801 to set up an appointment. At this meeting, you will fill out a photo release form and leave your contact information for the photographer to reach you.
