Angela Gerena, Home Care Leader

Angela Gerena serves as the Home Care Leader for Meadowlark Home Care, where she plays a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office. Angela brings her expertise to bear on the coordination and supervision of the home health CNA, supportive care aid, and companion staff. Her responsibilities extend to appointment scheduling, as well as the oversight of private pay client services and care notes, ensuring the seamless provision of home health services.

Joining the Meadowlark team in 2011, Angela's journey within the organization has been marked by a commitment to excellence and a diverse range of roles. Starting as a CMA in Collins House and later serving as the Household Assistant in Bramlage House, Angela's hands-on experience has uniquely positioned her to lead in her current capacity.

A proud graduate of Junction City High School, Angela pursued higher education at Kansas State University. Today, Angela resides with her two children, Mia and Ian.

Angela's passion for her work at Meadowlark is evident in her favorite aspect— the opportunity to build relationships with the residents. She finds joy in hearing about their life stories and experiences, valuing the wisdom and advice they generously share. Angela's commitment to fostering meaningful connections contributes to the warm and welcoming atmosphere at Meadowlark.
