Mike Davis, the Environmental Services Leader at Meadowlark, stands at the helm of the Maintenance, Grounds, and Laundry and Housekeeping departments on the Meadowlark Hills campus. With a wealth of experience and a keen eye for operational excellence, Mike takes charge of apartment renovations, preventative maintenance, and the repair of equipment and buildings, ensuring the seamless functioning of the facility. His role extends to forecasting equipment replacement and meticulously cultivating a safe and secure environment for residents, employees, and guests.

Embarking on his journey with Meadowlark in 1989, Mike initially served as the Assistant Maintenance Supervisor. Recognizing his exceptional skills and commitment to excellence, he was swiftly elevated to his current position in 1990. Over the years, Mike has become an indispensable part of the Meadowlark team, contributing significantly to the overall functionality and aesthetics of the campus.

In his leadership capacity, Mike orchestrates the coordination of various departments, overseeing the day-to-day operations that keep Meadowlark Hills running smoothly. His attention to detail and strategic approach to maintenance and environmental services have played a vital role in upholding Meadowlark's commitment to providing a high standard of living for its residents.

With more than three decades of service to Meadowlark, Mike Davis has not only witnessed but actively contributed to the growth and evolution of the organization.
