Local not-for-profit focused on supporting people in living their best lives
Location: Patriot Room at Meadowlark
The Page Turners Book Club will wrap up our discussion of Fried Green Tomatoes by Fannie Flagg at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 14, in the Patriot Room. This week, we will be discussing the differences between the book and the movie and enjoying a themed snack. You can watch the movie in the Grosh Cinema on Tuesday, Feb. 13, at 1, 4, or 7 p.m. You do not have to attend Page Turners each week to participate. Come when you are able, whether you have finished the book or only saw the movie!
Contact Katie if you have any questions at ksigman@meadowlark.org or (785) 323-3899. Thank you to Meadowlark Special Programs and to Resident Services Leader, Monte Spiller for continuing to support the Page Turners! The next book we are reading is True Grit by Charles Portis.
