Justin Williams, Finance Leader

Justin Williams serves as the Finance Leader at Meadowlark, contributing his expertise to the day-to-day finance operations. In this crucial role, Justin oversees accounts payable and accounts receivable, playing a vital part in verifying, tracking, and monitoring insurance benefits for healthcare residents and outpatient therapy clients.

Joining the Meadowlark team in May 2021, Justin brings experience from his previous role at the Good Samaritan Society. Starting as the Director of Activities, he later transitioned into the Administrator position, demonstrating his commitment and proficiency in healthcare administration.

In 2010, Justin graduated from Iowa Western Community College with an associate of science degree in psychology. He continued his pursuit of knowledge, earning a Bachelor of Science in industrial organizational psychology in 2012 from Northwest Missouri State University. Justin's commitment to professional development and collaboration is evident in his involvement with LeadingAge Kansas, Kansas Adult Care Executives, and HYPE (Young Professionals of MHK).

Originally from Stanton, Iowa, Justin has made Wamego, Kansas, his home. Residing with his wife, Kourtney, and their dog, Roxy.

For Justin, the most enjoyable aspect of working at Meadowlark is the opportunity to meet and get to know the people the organization serves. He finds the life experiences and wealth of knowledge that walk the halls fascinating, underscoring his appreciation for the diverse and vibrant Meadowlark community.

The holiday season holds a special place in Justin's heart as the best time of year at Meadowlark. He particularly highlights the Christmas Carousel event as his favorite, showcasing the intergenerational activities hosted by Meadowlark that are second to none. Justin looks forward to participating in many more events that contribute to the festive and community-oriented atmosphere at Meadowlark.
