Because we residents participate in organizing and running the activities at Meadowlark Hills Retirement Center, I sense a good balance of care by us and by the staff, and a careful concern for privacy. Our children can relax, knowing that whatever happens with us, we have a community of friends and caregivers who create a fine support system. Even problems of system management include resident involvement.
