Meadowlark Hills' Home Health Services is seeking an RN to work full-time as a Case Manager.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for administering skilled nursing care to clients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence.  This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of Home Health Administrator.  Services are furnished in accordance with Meadowlark Hill’s policies.  The RN, is delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out the RN assigned duties.  The RN maintains a professional work relationship with the home health team and clients, and remains knowledgeable of clients’ responsibilities and rights, including the right to determine their own preferences.
