Meadowlark Hills is seeking a Food and Beverage Leader. The Food and Beverage Leader is responsible for planning, developing, organizing and directing the operations of Food and Beverage Services in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, policies and procedures to assure that quality food service is provided at all times. This position leads Prairie Star Restaurant, Verna Belle's Café, household food preparation and catering. Meadowlark Hills is a not-for-profit, active retirement community, and is a leading organization in Culture Change, providing resident-directed care.
