Meadowlark Hills is seeking a full-time Support Services Assistant. The Support Services Assistant provides support to the Support Services Director and Support Services Team (Information Services, Environmental Services, the Food & Beverage Team and Human Resources) by creating and maintaining a successful work environment. The Support Services Assistant acts as a resource to the Support Services Director by performing tasks, including but not limited to: calendar management, document creation, coordinating, directing and completing projects, acting as a liaison, attending meetings, and performing general office duties. The Support Services Assistant acts as a resource to the Support Services Team as coordinated through the Support Services Director. The Support Services Assistant acts as a resource for residents, as directed by the resident(s), within their qualified ability, by answering questions, assisting with problem solving and meeting resident needs as appropriate. Eligible for all benefits.
