Meadowlark Hills is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources professional to fill the role of the Human Resources Leader.  

The Human Resources Leader leads the Human Resources Team and campus in providing an employee-oriented and high performance environment by emphasizing standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and development of an advanced workforce. The Human Resources Leader is responsible for leading the administration, coordination and implementation of all Human Resources services, policies, procedures and programs, while also leading employee functions of the organization in accordance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Meadowlark Hills is a not-for-profit organization providing independent living, assisted living, transitional and long-term care for area elders and is a nationally recognized leader in person-directed care.
