Bridget Larkin, Social Services Leader

Bridget Larkin, LMSW, is the Social Services Leader at Meadowlark. She is responsible for providing support and resources to Household Coordinators, assisting residents during transitions and life changes and leading various support groups. Bridget collaborates with the team at Meadowlark to ensure residents’ psychosocial needs are met. 

In January 2016, Bridget accepted the Social Services Leader position. Prior to joining the team at Meadowlark, Bridget held positions with Sunflower CASA Project, including Advocate Supervisor and Resource Development Director. She has also worked as the social worker for Flint Hills Dialysis and a school counselor for Manhattan Catholic Schools. 

Bridget graduated from Kansas State University in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, a minor in leadership studies and a certificate in non-profit management and leadership. She completed her master’s of social work with the University of Kansas in 2015. 

Bridget is a board member for Girls on the Run of the Flint Hills, a volunteer for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), facilitator for Circles Manhattan, a 2012 graduate of Leadership Manhattan and a member of the National Association of Social Workers. 

Originally from Fairway, Kansas, Bridget and her husband, Mike, now live in Manhattan with their son, Charlie, and dog, Cooper.
