Home Health Services
Available to independent living residents and individuals living within a 30 mile radius of Manhattan, Meadowlark’s home health services allow you to receive quality medical care while maintaining the greatest level of independence possible. Nurses and home health aides can address your health issues in the comfort of your own home.
Many in-home services may be eligible for Medicare reimbursement.
Services
Nurse and home health aide services include:
- Health assessment
- Diabetes management
- Foot care
- Intravenous therapy
- Lab work
- Injections/vaccinations
- Wound care
- Oral hygiene care
- Morning and evening assistance
- Pain management
- Medication assistance
- Skin care
Complimentary monthly blood pressure clinics and an annual flu immunization clinic, as well as individual home appointments, are also available.
