And a recent assessment of residents who participated in on-campus fitness classes showed a significant increase in flexibility and balance; a lower body mass index (BMI); and increased agility, endurance and strength.

Exercise Classes
Meadowlark offers a variety of free, 45-minute group exercise classes focused on strength, endurance, flexibility, posture and balance. Additional specialized classes such as boxing, yoga, and self defense are available for an additional fee. Get fit…or simply stay that way!
