Robyn Harris, Human Resources Leader

Robyn Harris holds the position of Human Resources Leader at Meadowlark, where she oversees a broad spectrum of responsibilities crucial to the organization's success. With a comprehensive focus on employee satisfaction, recruitment, payroll, performance management, compliance, risk management, organizational development, and more, Robyn plays a vital role in fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Joining the Meadowlark team in October 2016, Robyn brings a wealth of experience, particularly from her prior role on Fort Riley as an Administrative Officer/Group Practice Manager. In this capacity, she managed all day-to-day administrative functions of the primary care clinics, demonstrating her organizational prowess and commitment to efficient healthcare operations. Before her civilian career, Robyn served in the US Army as a medical specialist from 1997 to 2004, showcasing her dedication to service and healthcare.

Robyn's commitment to professional development is evident in her educational achievements. In 2016, she obtained a master's degree in human resources, further enhancing her expertise in the field. As an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Human Resources Management Network (HRMN) of Manhattan, Robyn stays at the forefront of industry best practices. Her dedication is recognized with the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation earned in 2019.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Robyn is an engaged member of the board of the Flint Hills Community Clinic (FHCC) in Manhattan.

Originally from San Diego, California, Robyn now resides in Junction City, Kansas, with her husband Sammy. Their family includes two children, Jayda and Grace. Robyn's favorite spot in Manhattan is the Liquid Art Winery, where she finds relaxation, beautiful views, and the pleasure of interacting with wonderful owners.

For Robyn, the most enjoyable aspect of working at Meadowlark Hills is the people. She appreciates the warm and friendly atmosphere as she walks the campus, where everyone says hello, and people are genuinely happy to be there.
