Meadowlark Hills is seeking a full or part time Lead Server for the Prairie Star Restaurant.  The Server will provide excellent service to customers of the restaurant. Responsibilities include: set-up of the restaurant, waiting tables, hosting, delivery and restaurant clean-up. This also includes set-up, service and clean-up of all catering events on the campus.  The Lead Server will also be responsible for supervision of front of house staff including servers and bartenders and ensuring that service standards are met.  Lead Server will also be responsible for building relationships with residents and customers and handling any complaints or concerns.  Lead Server will report to the Food and Beverage Leader. Meadowlark Hills is a not-for-profit organization providing independent living, assisted living, transitional and long-term care for area elders and is a nationally recognized leader in person-directed care.
