Project Manager

Meadowlark Hills Retirement Community  is accepting applications for a Project Manager. The Project Manager leads various projects by coordinating resources and collaborating with various campus leaders to successfully define, plan, implement, monitor, complete, and evaluate projects. This role ensures projects meet campus needs and are completed on time and within budget while meeting all regulatory codes and specifications.

Qualified applicants must possess experience in: bidding and projecting, building relationships with contractors and vendors, codes and ordinances, mechanical and building trades, blue prints, the American Disabilities Act, OSHA safety standards and managing several projects at one time.
